Paula has cared for our nearly 2 year old boy on several occasions over the past few months if our regular childminder is unavailable (after also being recommended by our childminder). Paula has always been super accommodating as we're usually calling her at short notice.

From day one our boy settled with her really well. He's only ever had one childminder of whom he sees four whole days a week, so we were a bit worried the first time round in leaving him with someone new, but you can tell he really loves it at Paula's place, and that is testament to her kind and uplifting personality.

The space is great and always looks clean and tidy. Plenty of toys and activities to keep them busy and motivated throughout the day. Freshly home cooked wholesome meals of which we get a breakdown of each morning. Our son also doesn’t eat meat and again Paula is very accommodating and gives him interesting food choices. When we pick up our boy he's always so chatty, telling us about everything he's done during the day. You can tell he's happy and that means a lot!

She always greeted me warmly with a genuine smile; as his key worker she would give me detailed feedback about his day, tips and hints and I felt very comfortable knowing he was with her during the day.

Paula is a warm and very friendly childcare provider who looked after our 2 boys (3y/o and 18months). She has loads of experience and our boys loved going to her setting every day and they had loads of fun in her care. Paula’s setting is great with a large garden that our boys could explore and run around in. Paula was very accommodating and provided great feedback about what they had been doing, the progress they were making and activities they had been doing. I would highly recommend her for any childcare need you might have.

Also, able to hire her services during our Lambeth Holiday and Food under 5s Sensory Play Group for Lambeth Autism Group. Well, received as it gave parents and carers opportunity to have respite with highly qualified early years provision over 3 days.  Will definitely be booking more sessions in the local community of Norbury.
